From rumors from other websites it told me that they have 4 possible Royal Rumble Winners.
They are The Undertaker, Shawn Michaels, Randy Orton and RVD. Most possibly The Undertaker and Randy Orton.
In Wrestlemania 23 for the two main- events they wanted
Undertaker vs. Batista (Close to a Deal) and Triple H vs. John Cena. But Triple H got injured and they wanted Shawn Michaels but they didn't want two good vs. good matches so they wanted Randy Orton to be in the main- event at Wrestlemania 23.
